The trailer shows various fighters on the roster slugging it out in different environments, and the developers also take the time to show a quick comparison between the previous game's graphics and the sequel's updated looks. First Play Labs went heavy handed on the memes right up front, with the window watching being the first thing we see and Handsome Squidward appearing not even 30 seconds into the trailer. To kick things off, the showcase begins with various footage of the original Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, which we then see the camera pan back and reveal Squidward watching all of the action from his window and missing out on the fun.įortunately, Nick Brawl 2 relieves Squidward of his FOMO, and much like we've come to expect, the character is littered with references to the source material.
